Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
Studento uses Google Analytics to better understand how the site is used and improve it over time — not to track you on other sites, or for targeted advertising. This service sets cookies only if you give your consent in the banner shown at the bottom of the page on your first visit.
You can change your mind at any time: brings the consent banner back up.
What Google Analytics does not do here: your full IP address is never retained (anonymization enabled), and no data is shared with advertising networks. See Google's privacy policy.
What the site does not use
No Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookie, no reselling of data to third parties.
What the site actually stores in your browser
Aside from Google Analytics cookies (subject to your consent, see above), the site uses technical storage necessary for it to function, in your browser's local storage (not cookies in the strict sense, but an equivalent mechanism, localStorage/sessionStorage):
- Your cookie consent choice — so the banner isn't shown again on every visit once you've responded.
- Login session — when you log in to your account, a token is kept in your browser to keep you logged in from one page to the next. It's deleted when you log out.
- Request draft — while you're filling out a certificate request, your answers are temporarily kept in your browser (not on our servers) so you don't lose anything if you change payment method along the way. This draft is deleted once your request is finalized.
This storage is strictly necessary for the site to work (log you in, avoid losing an in-progress form, remember your cookie choice) — it is never used for advertising tracking and is never shared with a third party.
Embedded third-party content
Some pages load resources hosted elsewhere (Google Fonts, a Google Maps embed on the Contact page). These third-party services may set their own technical cookies under their own rules, independently of Studento.
How to clear everything
You can clear your browser's local storage at any time from its privacy settings ("Clear browsing data" / "Clear cookies and site data") — this will log you out of your Studento account if applicable.
